essentials in order for them to have a successful future. Mr. Carman was chosen
to be a U.S. Ambassador for the Mabuhay Foundation in 2010. Having lived in the Philippines and experience teaching within the educational field, Mr. Carman knows the importance of education for the children of the Philippines. PSA For Mabuhay
